"Exactly as described , the cottage is very cosy . The local residents are really friendly and the pub serves beautiful food. The little coffee shop is definitely a must serving home made food , especially the scones . Walking the dogs on the beach which is only a short drive is amazing . "

"We loved this charming renovated fisherman’s cottage. At the harbour and next to the Anchor Hotel. A very friendly tea shop is also located nearby. Johnshaven is a beautiful village with many walks nearby. Highly recommend this property."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Cottage is well equipped and clean and the heating easily controlled. Great views out to sea and good location for access to walks, cafe, lobster shop, hotel and craft shop. Garden was good for our dog and having dedicated parking spot was a bonus."
