"The managers live on site and as a solo traveller I always feel very safe when I stay there. The rooms are really clean and the beds are comforatble. The Railway Lodge is not on the noisy highway, like most motels in Taree. I always have a great sleep & now there is a light breakfast included in the very reasonable rate. I enjoy the great value and genuine hospitality. "

"It was obvious that a lot of effort was being put in to keep this property clean and in good repair. The room appeared to have recently been repainted. Enjoyed the creekside BBQ area at the rear of the property and watching the wildlife from there. Plenty of shopping and food options a short drive away. Would stay here again. "
