Cozy Johns Island 2BR w/ Firepit! This 1940s Johns Island Cottage has been completely renovated to create a luxury getaway only 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 20 minutes from Folly Beach! Enjoy the central location while having a quiet retreat to return to! \*\*We are proud to be one of the few legally permitted Airbnbs in Charleston!\*\* Permit #ZSTR-01-22-00500 \*\* What people love! \*\* We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love most about this home: • Ultra plush memory foam mattress • Roku smart TV in the living room • Firepit in the backyard to gather around • Great location close to neighborhood bars and restaurants Both bedrooms feature super comfy memory foam mattress and quality bed linens to get a great night’s rest! The Roku 4k smart TV in the living room is set up and ready so you can sign into your favorite streaming apps! The dining area features a large table for 4 and makes a great workspace if working from home! In the bathroom we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. We also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods to get you started. The back yard features a firepit to gather around and the back porch rocking chair is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee! There is also a stacked washer dryer unit in the bedroom for your convenience. \*\*Parking for 2 vehicles only\*\*. Please be very cautious entering and exiting the property as the driveway is shared with a neighbor. Also note parking on gravel areas only, do not not block the driveway for any reason. Guest have full access to the home except for the owner's locker in the bedroom closet. Please note there is a motion camera in the front yard and in the back yard monitoring the entrances and will pick up any motion in its field of view. Please note this is a renovated 1940s home and we have done everything to utilize the space as efficiently as possible! There is limited storage in the bedrooms so unfortunately no drawer space is available. We do provide luggage racks for your suitcases!
