Sleeping 8, this villa boasts a generous veranda, spacious garden-level covered living area, elevator and trellis deck. Charming appointments include a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and professionally decorated southern style throughout. Located just 3 tenths of a mile from The Dunlin hotel. The ground level includes a garage and garden covered outdoor living space. Ascend to the second floor and you'll find a king bedroom and attached bathroom with walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, covered porch and half bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king size bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom offers two queen sized beds and an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston. Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7\. Saturday 8-5\. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.
