"Given the price of a one-night stay, breakfast is not included and would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I was told that the shuttle driver "decides" whether or not to transport you to the airport. Given the hotel's standing and caliber, it would be beneficial for visitors to have this choice, particularly if they have already had to pay for several Lyfts or Ubers during their trip."
