"Quarto confortável, atendimento confuso, o cafe da manhã é apenas reservando e de preferência pro casal, a piscina nao é boa, a piscina do quarto nao é aquecida, nao tivemos limpeza de quarto nenhum dia, a toalha é péssima - muito fina, não tem restaurante funcionando a noite. A equipe é muito verdinha, muitos erros de atendimento que podem ser evitados com treinamento. Ex.: o café da manhã inicia as 7h, até 7h15 nao tive resposta quanto ao meu pedido, que ainda veio errado dois dias seguidos....
