Flat novo e limpo, dentro de um condomínio seguro, em uma área residencial pacata. O flat dispõe de sanduicheira, Airfryer, cafeteira três corações, frigobar e pipoqueira. Tanto a praia de Manaíra quanto a de Tambaú estão a menos de 10min do flat. Equipe do flat sempre respondeu minhas mensagens e dúvidas. Preço muito acessível! Recomendo!
