We are Bamboo Real Estate, with many years of experience for you :) The space BAMBOO EL ENCANTO It is a very comfortable, practical, modern, and fully equipped house-type apartment for you to spend great moments together. The pool is shared, but usually, no one uses it, so it will be just for you! :) It doesn't have gas heating, but with the heat of the environment here... It's the perfect temperature all year! We have a shared soccer and volleyball court for the community. The pool and garden hours are from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm, then you can continue inside the house with a low volume :) We are very close to the CIVAC industrial zone and the highway, and we are an ideal option for business travelers and/or companies. We offer special prices for companies. We can generate invoices for companies.
