"Our Sanctuary is walkable to the township of Warragul and all it has to offer. The house is also dog friendly, (unfortunately the backyard was under construction when we visited but there is a great park nearby to take the dog for a walk).Our Sanctury presents like it was once either a wellness centre or yoga retreat, it has a reception in the hallway and a wall of mirrors in the living area. As such, it feels more like a place of business rather than a cosy home. In all honesty, the house would benefit from some renovations as there are holes in the walls and gaps around the perimeter of the floor throughout the property. In addition, it would also benefit from a deep clean and in our opinion based on the above it does not stack up well in terms of value for money in its current condition. "

"On check in the manager ?? had already charged my card. He charged me $30 over the expedia booking price. The manager did not seem to know how expedia worked. He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation. The expedia person told me off and told me he could not speak to me, he then told the manager off for giving me the phone, I instructed the manager to hang up as this was not helpful. I rang the expedia customer service, i explained the situation, he spoke to the manager and then told me expedia is a booking service, what I am actually charged is up to the motel. How unhelpful, why would i use this booking service??? I spoke to the manager, who informed me the expedia customer service person told him, he was rude to the customer, this was not true, how unhelpful of expedia! Finally the overcharged amount was refunded. DRAMA - why would I use expedia again???"

"Second time staying at this house. Great place to stay . Very neat and tidy with everything you need. Nice and warm with very comfortable beds. Very relaxing and easy walk in to town. Very happy to stay again. Thank you "

"This was definitely a nice place to stay. Few issues but it wouldn’t put me of going back, I think it would be a great spot in winter with the inside fire etc. First up the address is Younga Rd not Younga St, hard to find the house when we first arrived. After finding the lock box and sorting keys etc, we got greeted by 100s of ants inside the main door way. Cobwebs everywhere inside like the place hadn't been cleaned before we arrived or maybe long time from the last renters. Dead huntsman in the hallway again with 100s of ants around that. The “20 steps” is very misleading and the slope to the property is ridiculously steep and very hard to get things to and from the car. Mum struggled going in and out to the car for any of our trips (100% do not bring any older people to this property or people with any sort of walking disability).Had to go to the shop & provide our own batteries to work the Aircon system. Again noting that bad that would put me personally off going back to the property. Look forward to another trip in winter. Cheers!"
