The villa is top notch, they spared no expense making it nice. Right across the street from restaurants and shopping options. There was some construction in the area, but no noise in the evenings or early morning. The place was old, our toilet lights and aircon was faulty.. The entire room smells very weird as well. The only plus points were that the location is great and the staff were really friendly. Noch nie habe ich so viel Freundlichkeit und unkomplizierte Hilfsbereitschaft erlebt, dabei reise ich sehr viel. Jeder noch so kleine - oder große -Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln beantwortet und sodann erfüllt. Die klassischen Touristenwünsche - ich möchte zu den Reisfeldern/Tempeln fahren wurden genau mit mir besprochen und dann exact nach meinen Vorgaben für mich gebucht. Dabei hat man auch noch jeweils die kostengünstigste Variante vorgeschlagen. Perfekt gelöst. Aber auch Banalitäten wie: "Ich möchte ein Päckchen balinesischen Reis kaufen", wurden sofort umgesetzt indem man einen kostenlosen Fahrer rief, der uns gemeinsam mit der Rezeptionistin zum Supermarkt brachte, wo sie für uns den Reis aussuchte. In der Villa selbst gab es plötzlich ein elektrisches Problem, ein Kabel musste ausgetauscht werden. Dies wurde nach Abstimmung mit uns und zu Zeiten, in denen wir nicht da waren vollständig gelöst.
