Overboeking

Hotel heeft ons overboekt, 2 dagen voor wij aankwamen is onze villa met 5 slaapkamers en een zwembad gewoon aan iemand anders verkocht. Terwijl wij al 7 maanden daarvoor geboekt en betaald hadden. Heel slecht afgehandeld ook door het hotel! Maar daar ga ik maar niet op door. Uiteindelijk super opgelost door Expedia met behulp van onze eigen reisadviseuse

Schöne geräumige Villa

Wir haben zu viert fünf Tage in der Villa verbracht. Während der gesamten Zeit haben wir uns stets sehr wohl gefühlt. Rund um die Uhr ist jemand vom Personal vor Ort, sodass bei Fragen oder Wünschen jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner da ist. Jeden Morgen gab es ein leckeres Frühstück mit frischem Obst und Pancakes. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und mehrere kleine und gute Restaurants. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Villa gerne anderen Besuchern weiter.

爛透糟糕透頂

無法形容的糟糕。我們約莫晚間9點抵達，飯店似乎遺漏了我們的訂房紀錄，導致我們原先預定的房間無法入住。最後雖然順利入住，但環境、衛生、設備簡直骯髒、簡陋、毫無衛生可言。蓮蓬頭水柱小的可憐，沒有提供任何盥洗、拖鞋用品。被單、床墊都有明顯的污漬，地板到處都是灰塵。 大約晚間11點左右，整間VILLA跳電。 隔天早上的早餐，簡單的土司，果醬，香蕉煎餅、及水果。開始用餐後發現，果醬罐子爬滿了螞蟻，流利台像是廢墟裡的廚房，而這份早餐，就是飯店院工在這樣環境下料理出來的。打開冰箱後發現水果、麵糊毫無保鮮概念赤裸裸放在裏頭。令人作噁。 絕對不會在入住這間方圓百里內，前不著村後不著店的飯店。 也絕不推薦任何一位旅客入住。

A oublier au plus vite

Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h00. Pas de réception. C'est le gardien, cheveux ébouriffés, qui nous accueille, l'air très surpris. Je montre ma confirmation de réservation. Il la scrute attentivement, passe quelques coups de fil... Visiblement, nous ne sommes pas attendus. Il ne parvient pas à joindre le manager de l'endroit...qui ne l'a pas prévenu de notre arrivée. Rien n'est prêt, donc, même pas une bouteille d'eau minérale. Il nous fait entrer dans une des villas dans laquelle nous nous installons après avoir fortement insisté. Il nettoie et fait les lits à la va-vite. Le matelas laissé sous la cage d'escalier nous fait comprendre qu'il dormait dans la villa. L'aspect général de la villa est ok MAIS en réalité, en y regardant de près, c'est une catastrophe. Tout est sale, aucune porte ne ferme, la cuisine est dégoûtante, les tuyaux refoulent dans les salles de bain, les robinets sont encrassés, les siphons fuient, il y a des dizaines de cheveux coincés dans les galets de la douche, des erreurs de construction, une odeur insupportable se dégage des salles de bain, la télévision ne fonctionne pas. On demande le petit-déjeuner à 8h le lendemain. A 8h45, rien n'est encore prêt. Il faut aller le réclamer. De plus, l'endroit est loin de tout, la vue est moche et cerise sur le gâteau: il y a un énorme chantier de construction juste à côté, on tremble dans son lit... Endroit abominable, service pire encore.

A very relaxing family stay

It was a great stay in Adinda Balangan Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, tastefully decorated and quiet. Though far out of town, we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of rural Bali! The villa staff were very friendly and they were good at serving continental breakfast in butler style. Besides, there are many value added services rendering extra value for money.

Paradise in Balangan

Fantastic stay especially the manager and staff always willing to drive us to the beach, to restaurants which they recommended, organise motorbikes, cook us breakfast. Great villa for 2 couples who want some privacy as well as communal spaces. We will definitely be back

Best Experience Ever!

If I could rate this hotel higher than 5 stars, I would. Everything was amazing; the rooms, the breakfast, the neighborhood, the FREE shuttle to the beach, and the service. I have never had better or friendlier staff in any hotel. They went way above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My favorite hotel I've ever stayed in!!!
