The half board deal was quite nice especially dinner options were delicious. We took advantage of the shuttle to Jiaoxi Train Station. Overall stay was enjoyable. On the day of check-out, it poured rain heavily, and we needed to catch our train. It's rare to find such thoughtful and caring service, and it made our departure so much easier. In terms of family friendly, it’s top notched. My kids didn’t want to leave. Firstly checkin process was nice and easy, our room wasn’t ready yet so they gave us free happy hour coupons to enjoy complimentary tea service upstairs till 3pm. Then my kids enjoyed the game room and toddlers play area, plus the little arcade area downstairs with free popcorns. What can I say? This hotel sold me already!!!! The hot spring service was great too, kids area was warm and not boiling hot for them to play in. Overall I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Oh did I mention the complimentary breakfast is top notched. It’s catered towards Asian cuisine, which I would whole heartedly prefer. Hotel is so clean and room was nice and tidy.
