A few days before check-in, I received a message about the room, and on the day we arrived, I specifically requested a room that matched the photos. Additionally, there was noticeable noise in our bedroom caused by water flowing through the pipes whenever other rooms finished using the hot spring. The front desk lady was rude and not professionally trained. She checked us in and then called us back since she forgot to charge us. The room is a motel like set up outside of the main building. She forgot to turn on the light and asked us to walk on and find the room number. We were afraid of walking in since it was too dark. It's like walking into a underground parking lot. The lady did not apologize and said "okay I will turn it on now." I said why couldn't you do all these professionally and she replied "if you are not happy you can complain." Great! Here I am. Do NOT pay the higher price for such a terrible service.
