One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. "I like the hotel overall design and set up. Its located in the residential area , walkable distance to an open air mall. Its not in the main island of Xiamen where the train stations/ airport are however its only around 20 mins to main city where tourists attraction are located. There is no one stand by at the door, but receptionist are happy to help with your luggages. Hotel breadfast are satisfactory. Had a quiet and pleasant stay."

My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

"7樓的櫃檯人員都非常的和善！報到寄放行李、詢問洗衣事宜、借用衣架、還有最後退房的時候還回贈了兩盒牛軋糖都非常感謝🙏對於我們提出的問題都能夠一一回答！就連晚上想要看优酷微信櫃檯都能夠立即得到回覆與幫助！真的是要給一個讚！9樓的清潔姐姐們也非常的用心！雖然住宿的幾天不好意思每天都要姐姐們幫忙清潔…，所以在最後一天遺留了很多的頭髮在地上；但是入住的時候真的感受到非常乾淨的整潔度！雖然這次住的是城景不是海景，所以沒有體驗到海景的環境，但是熱情的人際環境也是挺不錯的"
