My reservation included 2 breakfasts each day. When I checked in I asked about breakfast and they said my reservation did not include breakfast. I pulled up my reservation and showed it to them. They took a photo of it where it CLEARLY states 'includes breakfast for 2 people'. The next morning I was hassled in the restaurant with the claim that I was not entitled to breakfast. That night at 10pm the front desk called my room REPEATEDLY while i was asleep to again confirm that my reservation did not include breakfast. They even called Hotels.com and had them send me an email saying my room did not include breakfast. I kid you not. Bizarre beyond belief.
