The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and extremely well located. Parking onsite was very convenient and easy to use. We highly recommend staying here. ##### Robert S. We were called after leaving and were accused of damaging the floor. There were what appeared to be drip marks possibly made by a cleaning product. I noticed the marks at the beginning of our stay but didn't point it out or mention it during our walk through with the manger, believing they were permanent. The property manger didn't believe me when I told her there was no way we could have created the marks during our stay. (We didn't handle any chemical products) As I couldn't prove to her we didn't do it, I accepted the extra charge for the repair. After all of this I found a picture that did prove the marks were there upon our arrival. I have requested several times that the extra charge be refunded, but it hasn't. ##### Debbie H. The check in process was seamless and they even communicated with us during the week to make sure everything was going well.
