Extremely welcoming host, quickly answered the few questions we had. Really loved the location, very central and easy to get to the Old City or the Shuk. Nothing bad to say. Would happily stay there again.
We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The parking spot was extremely convenient. Also, the apartment was fully stocked with some things that we might need during our stay including snacks and paper goods. We had a great stay and would love to come back to stay here in the future!
There are no words to describe how unbelievable our stay was. The apartment is truly magnificent and every detail was thought of. Alan and Vangie were a pleasure to work with and were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends

The property had all the special touches and more. They had fresh flowers upon arrival with healthy snacks and various drinks one would need for a short weekend. Decorated well and spotless. Thank you for making our stay joyous!

Excellent location, Fabulous apartment
We just had the privilege to stay at this wonderful apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was excellent, and the apartment had many amenities and was very pleasant to stay in. There were lots of little extras that helped make our stay much easier and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels, dishes, paper goods and utensils. Alan was a very friendly and cordial host. I would love to stay again when we visit next year.

Incredible apartment , location and host in Jerusalem
It is no wonder why Alan C. Continues to get 5 star ratings for his Jerusalem apartment! The apartment is gorgeous; large, comfortable, beautifully designed and furnished and stocked with everything one may need. From a welcome basket of wine, fruits, chocolate, milk, juice to thr drawers filled with paper goods for entertaining, you've got it all. And the underground parking is a real bonus, as well as the great gym! Can't wait to return !!!

Excellent location near Jaffa Road and a 2 minute walk to light rail stop. Ideal for old city touring through Jaffa gate, Zion square pedestrian area, Mahane Yehuda market and Convention Center/central bus and train stations.
Our family had a beautiful stay in this very central apartment on Rav Kook street. The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to the light rail, Jaffa street, Ben Yehuda street, and all of the local sites including the Kotel and Machane Yehuda (the Shuk).
The apartment was fully stocked with everything one could need for a stay and even some extras that were very much appreciated. The welcome fruit basket and wine were a treat! Both Alan, the host, and Vongi, the property manager, were responsive throughout the reservation process and the check-in. A truly 5-star experience!
We visit Israel quite often. This time, we took our grandchildren along.
When I came across this property, I saw all 5 star reviews. Those usually pop a red flag and I was a bit apprehensive.
Alan reassured me that it was real and that I would also rate it 5 stars.
Fast forward: Upon arrival to Israel, Vangie (the property manager) proactively reached out and welcomed us.
She waited for us to arrive and escorted us to a most magnificent apartment.
Magnificent is an understatement.
The location is PRIME in every way.
The apartment is large, well lit, spacious and inviting.
The beds are super comfortable.
We had one minor issue and Vangie was SUPER responsive.
In summation, if you're looking for a game changer from typical over rated apartments, THIS is the one.
Alan and Vangie, we've has our share of experiences, you put the rest to shame.

The apartment is how it appears online. We had six of us and there was plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need and it was spotless. The location can't be beat. It is a one minute walk to Jaffa street where all the restaurants, grocery stores and shops are but the apartment is mostly free from street noise. Ten minute walk to the Machane Yehuda Market and a similar walk time to the old city. The one challenging thing is the dryer is super slow by U.S. standards. It is small unit and takes about 90 minutes to dry each load. We tried every setting so assume this is normal for Israel. If you have a lot of laundry like us then you need to allocate a fair amount of time. I believe the limited English speaking doorman said there is a laundry room in the building but it was Shabbat so it was closed. but not certain. Other than that it was a great place to spend in Jerusalem!
I can’t say enough good things. I was so nervous bc I’ve never stayed in this location in JLM but it was great. Walking distance to everything. Alan, Bonnie and Vongy went out of their way to make us comfortable. Hope to stay again soon.
The place was sparkling clean, and the host was so responsive with all my requests and unbelievably accommodating!!! The apartment is beautiful with every thoughtful touch you can think of…. Wine and fruit and delicious welcome treats, beautiful artwork, plentiful toilet paper-shampoos- towels- extra pillows and blankets- fully stocked kitchen, in the most perfect perfect location to eveything in Jerusalem. Beautiful modern apartment , in a great location right by Ben Yehuda street. Apartment has 2 balconies that face a back garden so is very quiet. Nice touch was the beautiful fruit platter, chocolate and bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in.
We stayed for 4 nights - my wife and I along with our children ranging from ages 5 to 17. The owner, Alan, was very gracious and accommodating, and the managers Donnie and Yiftach were very helpful. The apartment was really wonderful, and the location is unbeatable - - jus a two minute walk to the restaurants and cafes on Ben Yehuda and Yaffo Street, and a short walk to the Old City. We look forward to staying here again.
We were SO happy a-z! Our host were friendly , accommodating etc. the apt is in a great location near center city , an easy walk to many places that we like . You will not be disappointed.
This property is perfectly located for easy access to everything in Jerusalem. Right near the light rail and walking distance to the shuk, the Kotel and Emek Refaim. Communication with the property manager and owner was outstanding and the apartment was spotless. We’ll be back!
This was an amazing place, great space, very clean, location is superb with it being half a block from Jaffa and Ben yehuda. They were very thoughtful leaving fruit, wine, toothbrushes etc. I would say you couldn’t ask for anything more. We were extremely happy.
