I have been reluctant to submit a review of this type but i have had so much patience awaiting resolution from the property manager (Jacob) which NEVER CAME. We arrived after a international flight to an apartment which was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting, the oven/stove had food remnants, and there were clothes from previous renters in the dressers. Furniture was damaged. IT took hours/day to get the unit properly cleaned. That was despite paying for cleaning and a separate charge for PASSOVER cleaning. The need to stay in the unit for the day awaiting the cleaners and the hassle of constant communication about the property ruined the first 2-3 days of our vacation/holiday. Upon our return to the US, we were advised that compensation would be provided for the hassle once they reached the owners. I have now as of today, made multiple attempts at communication via VRBO messages and email with only response saying "sorry for the delay". I would recommend that nobody ever rent from ISRENTALS or any of their subsidiaries again as this experience was terrible. Shame of me for renting an apartment with previous bad reviews. These managers and owners should be ashamed of themselves. The apartment was a fraud with regards to its "luxury" status. VRBO customer service was useless and recommended continued contact with the management company which i have tried repeatedly. These managers should be ashamed. ##### Noam D. The property was not clean, there was a flood in the bathroom, and it was not as pictured. The host would not work with us in a timely fashion.
