Located on the 17th floor of the prestigious 'JTower' residence, this 135m2 apartment boasts breathtaking city views and free underground parking. Enjoy modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. With 24-hour security, a doorman, and a prime location, you'll be steps away from Jerusalem's best attractions. The Space: The apartment features a comfortable living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and a plasma screen for entertainment. The luxurious, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and crockery, perfect for preparing meals. The dining room offers magnificent views of Jerusalem and can accommodate 9-10 people. The master suite boasts a double Queen-size bed, a large plasma TV, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed with a pull-out bed that can be configured as another double bed or two single beds. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed with a pull-out bed, offering the same flexibility. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with AC and central heating, double glazing in the living room and bedrooms, and electric curtains in the living room. A cot is available upon request. This tram provides easy access to the central bus station in just 7 minutes, as well as other key areas and attractions throughout Jerusalem, including Yad Vashem.
