It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and they provided fresh towels and toiletries. The location was incredible! A block to the Mamilla mall with shops and cafes and just a 10 to 15 minute walk through the mall to Jaffa gate of the old city. Marianna reached out to us a few days before the trip and helped arrange transfer from Tel Aviv and gave detailed and helpful instructions to make check in a smooth process.
