The home was exceptionally clean, which is to be expected given that it is brand new. The layout worked well for our group of two couples, providing both comfort and privacy. The neighborhood felt safe and was very convenient, within walking distance to several great restaurants and the PATH train into NYC.The main drawback of this property is the lack of designated parking. Guests must rely on a parking garage located about four blocks away, which can become quite costly (over 60 per day) if you need to use your car during your stay. The only somewhat economical option is to leave your vehicle parked in the garage for the entirety of your visit and explore the area on foot. Unfortunately, this important detail was not clearly disclosed in the listing and was only mentioned in fine print via email after booking.
