In the event of snow fall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay. On our larger properties and apartment buildings, this may not be applicable as commercial snow removal processes are in place. Thank you!

I extended my reservation to stay at this property for a few additional days, and the host sent me a separate payment link for the extension, which I paid.On the second day of my extended stay, another group of guests unexpectedly walked into the apartment. They had also been given access to the property and believed they had a reservation. This was extremely concerning and uncomfortable, especially knowing that another group had been provided access to the apartment while I was still staying there.I immediately tried contacting the host but received no response. I also contacted VRBO, and they were unable to reach the host either. Since I could no longer comfortably stay at the property, I had to find a hotel at the last minute. Because it was a same-day booking, I ended up paying nearly twice as much for the hotel.VRBO was unable to issue a refund and instructed me to resolve the matter directly with the host, whom I still have not been able to reach. I have since initiated a chargeback with my credit card company. This experience was beyond inconvenient and raised serious concerns about how reservations and property access are being managed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.
