Villas By The Sea #435 - Islandside

  • A beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa (2nd floor entry) perfect for a retreat on beautiful Jekyll Island and located steps away from beach, pool, playground and Fitness Center.

    NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

    Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
    Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

    ACCOMMODATES: 6

    PLEASE NOTE:
    ***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn

    NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
