Welcome to your unforgettable vacation getaway in a stunning new construction private duplex on Jekyll Island, never before occupied and now ready for guests! Multiple families or small groups are welcome! Each side offers 2,126 square feet of heated living space, featuring a beautifully designed open-concept floor plan with four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests / 10 per side—perfect for large families or groups. 12 Adults 8 Children
Each side includes a main-level primary suite (KING) and two upper ensuites (KING & QUEEN) and a charming bunk room (BUNK: Full with twin upper and twin trundle sleeps 4 per side). Enjoy oversized screened porches and a paver patio complete with a gas grill and fire pit, ideal for cozy evenings outdoors.
Seafarer Lodge is nestled on a private lot surrounded by untouched land and beautiful heritage oaks. This duplex is located directly across from The Holiday Inn, providing easy access to the beach and Holiday Inn amenities, which include 2 full service restaurants. A complimentary pool pass to the Holiday Inn's heated pool is included with rental.
Additional features include one-car garages, a beautifully landscaped yard, high-end KitchenAid appliances, DUO coffee maker, gas range, smart TV's in every bedroom and gas water heaters. The electric fireplace adds a warm touch to the living space. Each side is fully furnished and professionally decorated, ready for you to start making memories.
