"Great room was very clean"

"They charge a resort fee of $30 per day. I don’t know why.. I didn’t see any organized activities anywhere .. there is a sizable space outside and they had a movie that was put up on Saturday night but I don’t see justification for that to get $30 by every room that stays there. Additionally, their pool was broke and their TV did not work in the fitness room. The breakfast was very good but of course you had to pay for it"

"The smell of disinfectant in the room was overpowering. When I asked about it, the desk clerk said "They're all like that." When the smell wore off, the smell of dog urine was very strong. Rooms are made up "on request." That means they bring fresh towels. They do not clean the room or make the bed. The bed itself was terrible, and the bottom sheet did not fit so that the dirty mattress pad was constantly exposed. When I did request that the room be "serviced," they brought fresh towels but left the door ajar which I discovered when I returned several hours later. Fortunately nothing was stolen. Overall a bad experience."

"The breakfast was amazing. The pool did have some toilet paper in it in the evening but was cleaned out the next morning and the kids enjoyed the pool after for the rest of the day. As well as me. The hot tub was amazing, and we used the grill too. The cabanas could use a little cleaning on the seats, but still comfy. Room was immaculate.. but we did find a dirty used spoon in my fridge. But overall I’d book there again. Staff was amazing and accommodating "

"The out door pool was still too cold to swim in (April 18) The shower tile had wet hair sticking to it at check in and the tub flooring looked uncleaned or could use a resurfacing I ordered room service and received the wrong order to be delivered 1/2 of what I ordered "

"The property and location was great. However the service from house cleaning perspective was none existent. No room cleaning service for 3 nights/4 days, no clean linens. Had to empty the garage, clean the bathroom, retrieve towels from front desk. No useable bicycles, which was one of the amenities they charged me for $30 a day. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!"

"I was there to attend a friend's wedding. I arrived at 3:30 pm after a 7 hour drive. Check in was listed as 4 pm. I knew I was a little early and my room may or may not ne ready. The lady that checked me in was nice. She told me my room wasnt ready. At 4:30 my room still wasn't ready. I spoke with a different lady this time and told her how concerned I was because the wedding was at 5:30 and I needed to change clothes, fix my hair and put on makeup. I told her I had a wedding to get ready for and she just looked at me and said "yep, you and everybody else". I know it wasnt her fault that my room wasnt ready but she was very snarky and rude. I dont expect to be treated rudely at any hotel but for the amount of money they charge, I surely did not expect her attitude. I didnt get into my room until 5 pm. I had to skip most of the makeup I had planned to put on, didn't have much time to freshen up, changed clothes and ran out of my room to get to the wedding. This really put a damper on the evening for me. While I do realize that everyone was looking at the bride & groom I was uncomfortable & self conscious about the wedding pictures. The front desk didn't really seem to care. Attitude was very disappointing. Not what I paid for or expected."
