Everything was well explained including breakfast buffet. Upon initial inspection of the room we found couple of women's hair inside the bed. I called the front desk and they apologized several times. They replaced the entire bed linings. Other than this incident everything was awesome. I can't emphasize enough how everyone working at the hotel were courteous and friendly. The facility is also beautiful. Nice landscape and awesome pool. I highly recommend this true five star hotel." I don’t know how we got there in the small window of time that someone was there, but we never saw one at the front desk since the check in time. I mean, we didn’t need any help, but I thought it was odd that they just left the front desk open. New towels were provided every day and new shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles were provided every other day. There were very small number of parking spaces but people just found any land space and parked anywhere near the hotel, which I thought was interesting. The view was great from our room, but the location of the hotel was kind of in the middle of nowhere - near coastal line but not near any popular place.
