We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.

I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.
