The staff were all generally helpful, especially at the front desk, spa, and Dmitry the driver. However, the hotel doesn’t feel as ‘modern’ as described and the rooms are fairly uninspiring. Water pressure in the showers isn’t great which means having all the alternative shower points (lateral, spray, etc) rather pointless. It’s also frustrating that you have to pay an extra €25 to use the swimming pool and spa as a hotel guest because it’s already expensive. We asked for the use of the room until 3 pm as we were skiing til 2\. They wanted 50 euro for the privilege. They do not offer proper changing facilities other than the toilet downstairs for guests who want to ski prior to departure."
