"This place is under renovation and hopefully these things will be addressed with the renovation, but the cleanliness in the pool area was an issue. On our stay, we found a clump of hair floating in the adult pool as well as a used bandaid at the edge of the pool (wet). The kids pool had some straw wrappers floating in it. The carpet in the hallways are pretty stained and gross. The staff was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. To be determined if this will be addressed with the renovation or not. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy Cape. My daughter will be attending Milledgeville University in the fall of 26 and we were on campus for some accepted students activities. The houses location was perfect for getting back-and-forth from campus in downtown Lancaster. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend."

"very small for two persons, living room sofa must be 100 years old. no closets, no ice maker, oven desperately needs cleaning. Clawfoot bath tub/makeshift shower. (recently updated??) no driveway or walkway. Dragged in grass every time! We had to take comforter to laundry for odor issue."

"David was an excellent host who was quick to respond to our questions and made sure our family of Californians (unaccustomed to PA winter weather) had a safe and warm arrival. The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and well stocked with essential amenities. The indoor hot tub was amazing and a highlight of our stay. There was plenty of comfortable couches and seating for everyone to hang out and relax. The house was in a convenient location only about 30 min away from the sights we planned to see, including Kitchen Kettle Village, the Amish Village, and Turkey Hill Experience. I highly recommend David’s property if visiting Lancaster County! "

Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nicely arranged (spacious, quality linens, nice bathroom accessories) that accommodate large groups nicely.
