"Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The service was amazing, I stayed here for my birthday and I got a surprise birthday cake. This item isn’t even on the menu for room service! The room was great, and the room service and house keeping was reliable. I stayed in Rio de janerio and in São Paulo also during my trip, and I will say this is easily the best experience in terms of hotel. The area here is safe enough where I didn’t worry about walking around alone in the evening and the mall next store is super handy having a supermarket as well. Overall this was the best experience I could have hoped for. 10/10."

"Quick and easy check-in - It is a nice-looking facility, although the decor is dated. Very reasonable breakfast buffet included. It has a simple bar but few food options and limited restaurant service. The worst problem is the very limited number of electric outlets in the room, making it very cumbersome for the traveler in the digital age. "

"My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again. "
