My room was like a small loft apartment. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool and fitness facilities were good. The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything.

Check in process was slow. The initial room we have been given had no AC remote, the staff who responded to our call did not bother in helping us regarding this and just moved us to a different room. No factual help provided besides moving us from a room to another after we were already set in the room.

Não foi a primeira vez que fiquei hospedada lá. Infelizmente desta vez achei a unidade que fiquei ruim. Ao invés de geladeira na cozinha ,só tinha um frigobar (o que para mim que fiquei quase uma semana foi ruim ). A limpeza TB foi ruim, mal e mal trocaram o lixo. Sequer passaram um pano no chão e na unidade não tinha uma vassoura pra eu poder limpar . E na cozinha tinham unicamente dois pratos e dois talheres para refeições, precisei comprar vasilha para poder fazer uma simples salada uma semana, era pequeno).
