The dock and the kayaks were a highlight, but a pass for parking and beach access is also included, which is a great money saver. The neighborhood is lovely for walks and for bike rides! "Other than some minor things this house was great. We didn’t have time to get to the beach and thought it would be closer, but that’s ok! Owner was super responsive and the house was accommodating. Next time we are booing for a wedding I will have to think more about bathroom space. Being close to Walmart was super convent! "

Unfortunately due to personal issues i was not able to enjoy her home at this time. I do however plan to schedule another visit in the fall."
