But...this place was so uncomfortable. All the mattresses need to be replaced. The beds were awful. It was hard to get a restful sleep. And if you’re going to charge for the linen package, I would expect the linen to be soft and without pilling. You are expected to keep the AC unit within a certain temp range or you are faced with charges if it freezes. If you are paying to stay somewhere, I feel you should be able to control what temp it is while you’re staying there. It may be time to replace the unit since it made an intermittent knocking noise throughout our stay despite following the “temp range” rules. This made it even harder to sleep.
