It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist" dog. :) Otherwise, a great little place to stay, well stocked, and very friendly/accommodating host. ##### Liana A. Too many extras to list. The two queen size beds are extremely comfortable. The futon and cot have much to be desired for an adult. My son was 6 ft 1 and not comfortable on either so he slept on the comfortable couch. Very happy with our first experience renting a home. We had our German shepherd with us.
