They charged a $100 refundable deposit at check in. I checked out on Sept 21. The $100 deposit was included in my Visa charge, so I called the hotel the next day and he said it takes a couple days for the credit to show up in my account. It is now 5 days later and the $100 credit is still not in my account. I will call again on Sept 28 to find out when I will receive the credit, but it feels like they will happily keep it if I don't follow up.

Let's see the first room they gave me i opened the door and a couple were laying in the bed. Next the first night my smoke alarm was beeping every 2 minutes didn't fix it till 10am the next day. Also refrigerator couldn't even keep water cold. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly so when I took a shower I was standing in dirty water. Need i say more worst experience in a motel i possibly ever had.

The hotel was nice enough and in what seemed like a good location. I only stayed for one night and was in and out of the hotel pretty quickly. Can't speak on the continental breakfast. The clerk at the desk as nice and fairly helpful. My only complaint is that the elevator wasn't working the morning we left and we had to haul our luggage down two floors.

Convenient to resturants, shopping and 295. Quiet area. Rooms are clean although a few need maintenence. We've stayed there multiple times and keep coming back, the price is right and Tiki gets to stay. Woke up yesterday morning with water dripping from the ceiling and they just moved us to another no om no big deal

The front desk staff were rude and unwilling to change our reservation. The company had mistakenly booked us two rooms with one bed each, but we needed one room with one bed and another room with two beds. When I asked for assistance, the clerk simply said that if we didn’t like it, he could refund our payment and we could go somewhere else, instead of trying to help us resolve the issue.

We found this hotel convenient, clean, and quiet. It was just what we needed for our one-night stay. The initial room that we booked was not available when we checked in. There were no more left. They found us a comparable room and were so kind about it.

When we checked in, we could hardly understand what the man checking us in was saying, he was difficult to understand. The USB port wasn’t working on one of the night stands. We didn’t find out until the next morning when I noticed my phone was dead! The lamp next to the window was completely broken and wasn’t even able to turn on. The bathroom floor was dirty around the toilet, you could see that it was not cleaned at all. We had to put down an additional $100 deposit for the stay; we thought the deposit would be a hold, not an actual charge, however we were billed twice! We were told that we would be reimbursed the $100 next day, but we weren’t. We stayed one at the hotel, Friday 6/26. We called the hotel on Monday, 6/29 because we hadn’t been reimbursed the $100, we got the runaround and they said we needed call Expedia because that is who we booked our hotel through. The woman told us that we needed to contact LaQuinta for the deposit. We called the hotel again and they said we needed to call Expedia! So we called Expedia again and we spoke with very nice customer service agent and she put us on hold and she contacted the hotel for us and when she came back on the phone, she said we should get our deposit back within 5 to 7 days! Luckily, our bank account we was credited back to us the next day. We have stayed at LaQuinta hotels several times in the past; but next time, will definitely be staying elsewhere.
