Step inside to find a bright and airy living space adorned with coastal decor, where large windows invite natural light and offer breathtaking ocean views. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations while soaking in the serene beach atmosphere.  
  
The condo features three well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. With two bathrooms, morning routines are a breeze, allowing you to maximize your time enjoying the beach.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.  
  
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.  
  
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM  
No work will take place on weekends  
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
