Booked this Hotel second time to stay with family. Clean, comfortable, gorgeous ocean view (choose ocean view rooms), balcony. Breakfast option is not worth it; choose from the hotel's menu or go outside. Be aware, you need to pay extra for beach umbrellas or chairs. Nice swimming pool.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. The place was clean and so were the rooms. We had a balcony with an ocean view that was awesome. Kevin at the pool bar was a great guy. We did not have breakfast here because we just walked to Metro Diner, our favorite place. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again. Will be back.

Great stay and perfect view of the ocean in oceanfront rooms. My one critique is that there were not enough hooks to hang wet items, and the balcony door needs a screen so that you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean without letting bugs in. Otherwise would definitely go back.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was very impressed and pleased with how well the hotel staff was very friendly, polite and friendly. Upon entering the room, it was just the right temperature. Our ocean view was very pleasant and we found serenity while looking out to the ocean and enjoying the sounds. Guests service was very helpful. The breakfast was just so fulfilling and tasteful. This would be my choice of stay while visiting Jacksonville Beach. Everything about the room was up to par. Love the atmosphere and easy access.

I loved the beach view from the balcony. The room’s a/c was very effective and quiet. Parking was very easy with ample spaces available. There are times when the dining room is understaffed which made it difficult to order a meal. Food was good especially the garlic shrimp entree. Overall a very good experience.

It was a very nice stay and all the staff was great! The beach view was spectacular and we got up and watched the sunrise every morning. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best breakfast buffets I've had and the kids liked it too.

Overall beautiful property! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. One of the guys at the front desk even helped me with my bags. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the view from the oceanfront balcony. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! I was sad to leave. The only thing I didn’t like, not the hotels fault, was there were too many owners who left there dogs unleashed. I don’t mind dogs on the beach, but one ran up to me and I’m not a dog lover, especially a wet dog, lol. It only happened once and I didn’t let it ruin my trip. I’ll definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to Jax.

Every interaction with hotel staff positive and helpful. Checkin easy and quick, breakfast staff sweet and helpful. We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the hotel was full and busy, but the staff keeping pool area and grounds looking attractive. We had two "ocean view" rooms, but some "ocean views" better than others. I would ask for higher floors and avoid rooms over the pool for less noise and better views. $20 for breakfast buffet a little pricey, but we partook anyway and glad we did. Food was good.

It's hard to think of anything negative to say about my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. If not for the cost, I would have gladly extended my stay. Parking is somewhat limited on-site, but additional parking is conveniently available across the street at the neighboring hotel.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. My room had an ocean view and great view of the pool and hot tub. When housekeeping came, she only cleaned the bathroom and replaced the towels. There was a spill in room and I asked the front desk to let housekeeping know so that the bedsheets could be changed and the trash taken out but they never showed up. Overall, it was a great stay!

The beach access and view was great. The pool was closed for the day, "will open tomorrow", for the 2 days we stayed. Also, not enough front desk staff, difficult to find especially in the evening

Room was good.. Pool was poorly maintained. Marajuana smoke made it unpleasant to sit on our balcony. We will spend extra to stay in a more private and controlled place next time..
