Amelia Island's Coziest Retreat! This renovated 2-bedroom 2-bath condo is located on the 3rd floor at Amelia Landings and will accommodate up to 4 people.   The master bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath and as a bonus feature, you can walk out on your porch from the master bedroom or living room. The guest Bedroom has 2 twins with the convenience of the second bath being located in the hall by this bedroom.  Enjoy an open floor plan for your living room and dining room where the Living room features a Smart TV for your entertainment.  The private porch is open with no screens where you can take advantage of the fresh air and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets Amelia Island has to offer.

From the beginning, communication with the host was fabulous. We came for a short weekend and this condo was a perfect fit. The location was pristine and the price was great. We walked to the beach each day which was the priority! Would stay here again.

Very nice two bedroom condo, couple blocks from the beach, a lot of good restaurants close by. The only thing is we were on the third floor and no elevator. Good exercise

We went for some R&R and got it. Salt life restaurant was close by. And very good. The car stayed in the garage all the time. The cross over to the pool was great.

Comfortable and convenient to beach

This is a well-furnished, comfortable and clean condo, convenient to the beach and the rest of Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. The 3rd floor unit is a short one-block walk from a beach entry with lifeguards. The south entry to the Egan Creek greenway trail is across the street, and it’s within walking distance as well to good pizza, ice cream and mini golf. It’s located just off of one of the main streets of Fernandina Beach, so has easy access to the rest of the island.
