"The place was amazing. Truly, 150 yards from the beach. The pool was clean and big enough for several families to enjoy the pool at the same time.The only suggestion that I made during my midday check-in… Not a check-in, but really they check in with the Guest to see how your day is going, was that each room should have a broom and dustpan so you can sweep up the sand at the end of the day.Perfect place to stay and we will stay there if we were in surf city again."

Walls/paint pretty worn, small bathroom, with only one roll of toilet paper for the couple of nights we were there; I couldn’t find any spare and we looked in all the cabinets. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

"Washer and dryer was convenient for small loads but takes a long time to complete cycles. Dishwasher works well but make sure you complete the cycle so there is no water left in bottom of dishwasher. Air conditioner has condensation so needs a rug or towel to catch the drip. (Owner may want to have this looked at for maintenance.) Great place with wonderful view from deck. Nice access to pool. We had a great time!"
