Only $1.00 to use the washer and dryer total for $2.00. Nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool was clean and convenient. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The only drawback was the fact it was an older hotel although updated our room still smelled stale.

The front desk lady was very nice. But, the room we were put in had no hot water. She changed it and the second room had a broken ac and smelled of mold. We were put in a third room, which was a suite and it was nice. Had hot water and ac. Breakfast was good.

Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. Front desk staff were very accommodating Only issue was the TV was not working and the staff could not fix it which was frustrating. When I went to the front desk to further resolve this issue, I was told no manager was available until Monday for us to speak with. I told them I was leaving Saturday, 2 days before, and the desk staff stated they would notify the manager. Issue still unresolved
