The staff is great. Very helpful, kind and with amazing level of English which is a rear thing in Türkiye. The room was clean with everything you might need. But there is problem with soundproof (you can hear your neighbours visiting the bathroom in details...). Also, be ready to use stairs, the hotel has 4 floors and there is no elevator. They help to bring your bags upstairs if needed. The hotel is located very close to the water front on the pedestrian street, so three is a lot places to eat and have a drink around, but no taxi can come close to the hotel. You will have to walk up to 150m to catch a taxi.

Merhaba, Siz acaba başka bir otel ile mi karıştırdınız. Her odanın kendi banyosu var. Her oda da minibar var, Ortak balkon değil, yangın merdiveni var. Bütün odalarımız da tertemiz.Heryer toz içindeyi kabul edemeyiz. 14 odalı otelimizde 7 personel çalışıyor . Ama yine de anlık bir sorun olduysa,bize söyleseydiniz, yardımcı olurduk. Üzgünüz.

Old place need some work
Ok, from outside doesn’t look that bad but need serious repairs. Toilet left used but unclean when we got there. Housekeeping came cleaned the toilet left without saying anything and left the door open so we thought she is coming back but we were wrong. We lost power middle of the night and in the morning was no water for shower.

İzmir’e ilk defa geldiğimiz için tereddüt ederek rezervasyon yapmıştık ama otel bizi çok memnun etti. Çok temizdi, nevresimler tertemiz kokuyordu çok memnun kaldık ayrıca çok samimi karşılandık her şeyden gayet memnun ayrıldık. Tek eksisi caddedeki barlar biraz gürültülü ama gece 1-2 gibi gürültüler de azalıyor.

Gürültü problemi
Oda yeterince geniş ve yatak rahattı. Konumu merkeziydi. İş seyahati için tek gece kaldım ve bu açıdan idare ederdi diyebilirim. Fakat yan odadan gelen uygunsuz gürültüler sebebiyle uyuyamadım. Duvarlar aşırı inceydi. Tekrar kalmam.

Very kind staff members, good location and comfortable rooms. They recommended a delicious place for breakfast and they allowed us to store our bags for the day. Highly recommended hotel.

We only stayed at Balca one day due to a flight delight. The owners / reception are the most friendly people we met during our stay in Turkey. They made us feel so welcome and no request was too much. The hotel has great WiFi, perfect location, new Airconditioning system and a huge comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend staying here !!! thank you so much

Hijyen güzel, konfor kötü
Otel temiz ve merkezi yerde. Fakat bahsi geçen kahvaltı verilmiyor. Sigara içilebilen oda olmadığı için; sigara kullanıyorsanız sizi balkonlu odalarda ağırlıyorlar. Ama balkonu yan odayla ortak kullanıyorsunuz. İki odadan tek balkona çıkılıyor. Ek olarak; otopark müthiş problem.

Merhaba, Öncelikle yorumlarınız için teşekkür ederiz.Evet sizin dediğiniz gibi Otel’imiz temiz ve merkezi yerde.Tabii Temizliği aynı zamanda odalarımızda sigara içilmemesine bağlı.Bir oda son derece temiz olsa da , eğer sigara kokuyorsa ,o odanın temizliği hiç hissedilmiyor.Zaten rezervasyon yaparken, odaların sigara içilmez olduğunu okumuşsunuzdur.Ancak konuklarımız sigara içmek isterlerse arka taraftaki odalarda yangın merdivenine bağlanan küçük balkonlar var.Masa sandalye ve kül tablası koyduk,arzu eden kullanıyor.Kahvaltıya gelirsek, Pandemi nedeniyle kahvaltıyı kaldırdık.Kahvaltı salonumuz küçük olduğu için ,sosyal mesafeyi korumak zor olacaktı.Zaten rezervasyon yaparken onu da görmüş olmalısınız.Çevremizde de ,bize birkaç dakika mesafede çok güzel kahvaltı yerleri var.Gevrek,kumru ve boyoz çeşitleri gibi İzmir Lezzetleriçok yakında ve çok uygun fiyatlarla bulunuyor. Otoparklara gelince , Alsancak İzmir’in en eski yerleşim bölgesi,Otellerin Otopark sahibi olmaları çok zor.Ancak bütün sokakları Otopark dolu, hatta Katlı Otopark bile var.Biz hiçbir otopark sıkıntısı yaşamıyoruz.İyi günler.

Merhaba Berkant Bey, Yorumunuzu şaşkınlık ve üzüntüyle okudum.Herhalde bir yanlış anlaşılma oldu.Biz konuklarımıza kayıtta kahvaltınızı hangi saatte istersiniz diye soruyoruz, buna göre sabah kahvaltı servisi yapıyoruz(Pandemi nedeniyle böyle bir uygulamaya geçmiştik) Siz de herhangibir saat yazılmamıştı, görevli arkadaş istemediğinizi söyledi.1. gün odadan çıktığınızı görmediğimiz için sizi rahatsız etmek istemedik. 2. gün temizliğe girdik.Maalesef bir yanlış anlama olmuş.Yoksa sizinle aynı gün konaklayan diğer konuklarımızdan aynı konularda çok güzel yorumlar aldık. Gerçekten çok çok üzgünüz.Keşke telafi edecek imkanımız olsaydı, memnuniyetle yapardık.Saygılar
