"Some rooms are updated more than others but the only difference is the bathroom. AC is good. Bed is good. Room is clean. Room cleaning staff is good. Breakfast is good. Restaurant for dinner is good excellent. Food staff/waiters are excellent. Everyone very nice. Only drawback is the stairs to go anywhere on the property. You will descend and climb hundreds of stairs on a daily basis. So you need to be in shape to stay at this hotel. There’s not much to do in Gaeta city overall. There’s a lot of restaurants some good and some ok."

"Fantastic Villa and exceptional value.The views are amazing with its elevated position, but be aware of the steep unsealed access road; it might influence rental car choice.The kitchen is very well equipped, easy to use and clean. We appreciated the extra cleaning by Valentina and Rafaelle during the week. WiFi is excellent strength- except in the downstairs pool bedrooms. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunloungers and space. The tv sitting room with great a/c was much appreciated during the heat of the day.There is a very friendly cat who visits- but never comes into the villa, and insect repellent is essential- to be expected in the countryside location.Stewart the host was so helpful. He responded immediately to any queries, and our small plumbing issue was fixed straightaway by Rafaelle. The villa instructions were very thorough and useful- I would only suggest a hard copy could be kept in the villa for ease of use. We didn’t realise when we first arrived that the water wasn’t potable.We had a fantastic week in the villa and discovered a fascinating and beautiful part of Italy ."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and had all the amenities, the infinity pool with the beautiful view was a plus. Our host Luca was amazing. He personally met us in town on the day we arrived and escorted us to the property to show us around. He went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. We had car trouble one day and he was there to help us. I highly recommend this property."
