10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There were only 2 chairs for 3 people. Since there were 2 stools it was not a big problem. Room is small considering that it is a apartment room for 3 people. Kitchen knives need sharpening.
Room was clean. Toothbrush and paste were provided which I don't see in many hotels nowadays. Overall, it was a good stay.

Check in was a little confusing.
Bathroom outdated, with broken faucet. Family room was really dark even with lights on.
