10年以上、ほぼ毎年2家族で海水浴旅行に利用しています。 何回か伊東の違うホテルを利用した事もあったのですが、 雨が降っても温水プールと温泉で 間がもつので 結局は小涌園がいいよねーと今年も利用させていただきました。 施設は古く、綺麗とは言えませんが 隣にはマックスバリューがあり、海の家の送迎もあるので、とても便利です。 ##### Masami Stayed 1 night in Aug 2021 ### 6/10 Okay #### Susumu 1 Jul 2021 #### 残念でした。 チェックイン時フロント対応が中国系の女性が対応したのですが、２食付きで予約しているのに朝食の説明だけしたので、問いただしたら横にいた男性従業員がフォローしてくれたのですが、その女性従業員からは「申し訳ございませんでした」の一言がなかった。 最近はよく外国従業員を見かけることがあるので、それ自体は気にならないのですが、肝心なところで使わなければばらない言葉が出てこないのは、難しいことなのですね。 それから、食事会場で従業員が次の料理を出すタイミングを見計らっているのか、客からの応対のためかうろうろと歩き回っているのが、目について少々不愉快でした。 ##### Susumu Stayed 1 night in Jun 2021 ### 畳の和室で、4人部屋に2人で泊まったのでゆったり過ごせました。窓からの景色は期待しないでください。 浴衣が選べるのが女性は嬉しいかもしれません。パックももらえました。大浴場も岩の露天風呂が小さいけれど趣があって気に入りました。飲める温泉水もお風呂の外にあります。 部屋のお風呂は利用しませんでしたが、部屋風呂も温泉水の様です。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1
