Espaço bom exceto banheiro.
Box extremamente pequeno, sem ventilação, difícil usar. Impossível para idosos, obesos ou crianças que precisam de auxílio no banho, ou seja, acessibilidade é boa apenas na área comum, não condiz com o anúncio.
Parapeito da janela da sacada baixo, não é seguro para criança.
O apartamento precisa de dedetização.
O restante do espaço é bom. Bom para estadia rápida, oferece o necessário.

Pior impossível! Se está buscando aborrecimento, sujeira, desonestidade e descaso, acaba de achar
Aluguei o imóvel para o Reveillon 2019-2020, informando previamente o horário de chegada, por volta de 1 da madrugada. Ao chegar em BC, retirei a chave em outro imóvel e me deparei com a vaga do apartamento obstruída por outro morador, que possui uma vaga em frente.
Aguardei por 40 minutos o porteiro localizar o morador, que estava ausente do Imóvel. Tentei contato com o LOCADOR, também sem sucesso, pois o mesmo DESLIGOU O TELEFONE, não me fornecendo qualquer suporte. Imagine procurar vagas, na época de réveillon, de madrugada? Tudo bem, foi só o início de uma série de transtornos.
No outro dia informei o ocorrido e o LOCADOR em contato com o Síndico do Edifício prometeram solucionar o problema, uma vez que a vaga do imóvel é de gaveta e precisa que o ocupante do outro imóvel esteja a sua disposição na hora que desejar sair, o que NUNCA ocorreu. Na mesma oportunidade, informei que o sofá cama estava com o pé quebrado, o que impedia seu uso. Não tive suporte algum, precisei solucionar por conta própria.
Ao tentar estacionar no segundo dia o ocupante da vaga não só a obstruiu novamente como saiu, sem sequer se preocupar com o veículo. Novamente entrei em contato com o LOCADOR, Sr. Marcos, acordando que uma vez que o imóvel locado possui vaga privativa conforme descrito no anúncio e enfrentando essa dificuldade operacional, iria estacionar no estacionamento privativo que fica em frente e que seria restituído, o que claramente não ocorreu, mesmo com sua concordância prévia. É inequívoco que os R$ 360,00 (trezentos e sessenta reais) que gastei para estacionar o veículo não farão qualquer diferença na minha vida, mas dizem o suficiente sobre o caráter e a índole do proprietário, que esperou findar minha estada para dizer que a vaga “Estava disponível” e que iria me ressarcir com R$ 80,00 (oitenta reais). Não obstante, além da recusa via mensagem de aplicativo, me bloqueou, como se não tivesse acervo probatório o suficiente para as vias necessárias.
Com relação a estrutura física do imóvel deixo meu testemunho que as instalações do apartamento são bem deterioradas, tanto mobília como também a parte física, possui um problema sério com baratas e o banheiro é uma lástima (Observe que no anúncio não possui foto do BOX). Possuo fotografias, vídeos e o que mais se fizer necessário para comprovar alegado.
O único ponto positivo de toda estada foi a localização do imóvel, que é bem central. Certamente esse foi o pior local que já me hospedei.

Estadia muito boa.
O lugar é muito bom, fica no centro e perto de tudo. O apartamento é bem confortável para duas pessoas, o ar-condicionado no quarto salvou nos dias de muito calor. Proprietário sempre muito atencioso. Só uma resalva para a garagem, na qual a vaga fica "presa" com um carro na frente, mas o dono da vaga na frente foi bem prestativo também.
