Melhorias, devido ao desgaste natural do imóvel e exposição permanente à maresia, são necessárias, como trocar os aparelhos de ar condicionado por split, instalar novo fogão, ventiladores de teto, além de consertar a porta de vidro e colocar telas antimosquito nas janelas. Nossa estadia nesta residência foi muito agradável. A casa está em ótimo estado, os colchões são bons, todos utensílios de cozinha que necessitamos encontramos. Conseguimos buscar pão quente toda manhã pois tem padaria próxima e também um mercadinho. A praia de zimbros é um paraíso, mar limpo, natureza exuberante, propícia para esportes aquáticos como standup, caiaque e jet Sky. Zimbros também é ideal para quem tem crianças, pois o mar é muito tranquilo. A proprietária nos recebeu muito bem e fez de tudo para que tivéssemos uma boa estadia. Acordar e ter os pés na areia foi uma experiência inesquecível. Voltaremos com certeza!! El sólo echo de levantarte y desayunar mirando el mar es una gloria.Zona muy segura los chicos nuestros(adolescentes) salían a caminar con total tranquilidad a distintas horas del día incluyendo noche. Tenes los pescadores que en la playa te venden camarones y ostras recién sacadas. Christa es un sol que ante el primer problema la llamas y enseguida te lo soluciona (muy comprometida y muy cariñosa y fraternal) .Lo único que les sugeriría es que le agreguen Wifi, para el que tiene que seguir trabajando. Frutos do mar direto do pescador e com excelente preço. A casa maravilhosa com todo conforto para relaxar e curtir sua estadia. O lugar é maravilhoso, praia calma, mar calmo. próximo de tudo que se precisa, a vista é de tirar o folego. Deixo apenas como sugestão de melhorias, há necessidade de camas mais confortáveis, os colchões deixam um pouco a desejar, o sofá cama também, e a necessidade de Ar Condicionado em todos os quartos. Recomendo para férias tranquilas . (obs- Acesso fácil de carro ao agito de Bombinhas e outros bairros mais movimentados)- Possui ponto de ônibus urbano(não sei horários nem itinerário ao lado da peixaria) .
