"This is a business hotel and it did a great job of doing exactly that. The breakfast was top notch and included in my price. The room was ok - nothing fancy. The only issue was the hotel elevator, that seemed to take forever."

"I visit Itaim Bibi a lot and Wanted to try this hotel. Read the other reviews as, for business travelers at least, the lack of usable wifi is a reason not to stay here. It's not even just slow, it's just impossible to get any connection, and when you do (for 5 mins) it's like dialup at best. I really wanted to like this hotel as it's clean, modern and spacious rooms in a great area, but I just can't overlook the problem with not being able to get any work done on wifi."

"This hotel’s location is excellent. . The staff and services are great but their rooms need upgrading. I have stayed here once before and the first room on a top floor was nice and had a remodeled bathroom. This last stay I was on the 4th floor and the bathroom was tint and needed upgrading. All in all I will continue to stay at this hotel because I love the area but next time will make sure to request an upper floor room. "
