"Hotel was magnificent , the best area all around it , city view was incredible , breakfast was a la carte so worth it add it to the stay , everyone was friendly and spoke English . We ll come back to stay again ."

"Hotel sits on European side of Bhosphorus. We had a panoramic view of the Bhosphorus from our room with floor to ceiling windows. Location is prime, food at the restaurants is great and service is top class. Our 7 year old has allergies to so many food items and the Swissotel team accommodated all our special requests with smile. Look forward to visit again."

"Was surprised by how good the hotel was, beyond expectations. The other hotel we stayed in, in Istanbul was not good so our expectations were low. Sultanhan however, was very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the 6th floor provides incredible views of Istanbul, the service was good (daily cleaning and she was meticulous about keeping everything clean and orderly), it is also located in a convenient area right in front of the Sarifina Sarcini, about 5-10 min walk from Hagia Sophia and tram line."

"Signage is not the best. Should be more prominent, more frequent as people are walking from the arrival area. If you arrive from a foreign country it is very very challenging to find the hotel. People get really confused between airside and airland. Thank you."
