I selected this hotel based on the swimming pool and co-located spa. However, the steam room and jacuzzi were not working. The jacuzzi looked like it had not been touched since I was there six months ago. I also had a minor problem with room service one morning. The room service was great overall - good food for reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed the omelet! I addressed all my concerns to the relatively new guest relations manager. She has promised to fix these issues. If you stay, stay in A Blok, not B Blok. B Blok is harder to get to the spa and gym.

It is good place to stay, rate is very competitive compare to other similar hotels, but furniture seems to worn out and because of high occupancy rate quantity of bed sheets need to be controlled. We had a lunch at the caffe in the lobby, quality of food was low but price was overcharged seems they ordered food delivered from nearby cafés. But food in the B block of the hotel at the Kuz Steakhouse was excellent, fresh and tasty.

My stay was comfortable. The location is quite convenient in terms of closeness to locations of interest to me and the availability of public transport. The hotel provides a good variety of choices for breakfast and the staff were friendly.

Beautiful hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Our room was on a corner with huge windows on both walls, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. A plate of fruit and half a dozen water bottles were provided in the room. Very nice stay and I would be happy to return if I'm back in Istanbul.
