The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Sariboga, who assisted me with an unexpected issue. I truly appreciated his support. The location was perfect - convenient access to everything I needed. The room was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I had a great stay and would definitely return!

Such a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, great location as it’s so close to the galata tower and so many other attractions. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A special shoutout and thanks to the hotel manager, Rafi, who throughout the whole stay was a delight and even posted the luggage that I mistakenly left at the hotel back to us. Would definitely stay again. I also want to mention that we felt completely safe as two young female travelers alone.
